No — submitting the form sends an availability inquiry. To secure specific dates, our team will follow up about prepayment. Without prepayment, paid bookings receive priority for the same dates.

Cancellations made 2 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Within 2 days of check-in, prepayments are non-refundable.

Check-in starts from 1:30 PM with no closing time — our 24-hour front desk welcomes guests at any hour, even late at night. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
